This player keeps using a certain combination of items (including one that's granted by the Skial plugin) to allow his cloak to recharge, which is normally not supposed to happen on the DR servers. He knows what he's doing, and I've asked him to stop before, but he either feigns ignorance or tries to insult me over it (as well as a few other players on the server).
It should be obvious why this exploit shouldn't be allowed, since it A) allows a spy to potentially run through multiple traps, and B) allows the spy to take less damage/avoiding one hit KOs at key points (he was using it during the Zurg fight in dr_playstation, for example). I've notified the admins about this, and I assume they're looking into it, but he's still continuing to use the exploit today.
The conditions for activating the exploit are rather specific, too, so this isn't accidentally happening. I've attached two demos that show examples of him taking advantage of the recharge:
