Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
Ryder was trolling black_hand, then Ryder called a griefing vote on black_hand. black_hand wasn't griefing. I made a short demo of me spectating black_hand to prove that he wasn't doing anything that could be considered griefing.

So wait, what did my account get banned from? and for what now? I thought that griefing was considered an act which intentionally makes the game unpleasurable for the other person-- or in simpler terms, causing someone grief. Now if thats not the definition being used, then I'd like to be reassured what term and to what definition you are using with regards to "griefing." As black_hand began the initial trolling by repeatedly saying "u suck" and instigating a dispute. I would also like to point out that I am on Stanto's "TF2 Hate List" for whatever reason, and that this is most likely the cause for such a prompt response to my mistake/misunderstanding of the rules" instead of explaining that griefing is not what it is actually defined as. Obviously Stanto at the time was not on the server at the beginning so the evidence for that instance remains amidst the conflict. Regardless, I dont think that a ban or offense should be in order since black_hand had initially instigated a "troll" and would like to inquire about an unban or a contest being in order to defend my case, seeing as though the "evidence" is out of context.

You aren't banned. A gag just means you can't use text chat for 1 day.

That is what the appeal form is for.
