Why should you be unbanned?

I was banned once with my original team for exceeding the team limit. We understood that we were in the wrong and the situation was our faults. After that our original team split up and me and my buddy Pants went on a team with other people. While me and Pants where offline our other teammates decided to have other people join the team meaning me and Pants where now exceeding the team limit without knowing why. When we tried to explain the situation we were shut down and not allowed to tell it from our view. So now i am here having to directly contact you over a ban that could have been easily talked about. Its been about three months since this situation and I would like to play on your server again. i would appreciate it if we could come to some sort of agreement.
 
Dude i wasn't on at the time why should get perm banned ive been banned for like 3 months i get it if it was doing a game braking thing but it wasn't my fault I mean could yall give me another chance

I literally gave you another chance for the first time you said you wouldn't play with that group anymore and what do you do. Go back to the exact group and break the limit again. Why would I want someone who just lies to me on the server? Why would I give you a another chance I don't trust you.
 
I understand but you can keep a close eye on me its not like i was doing something game braking to get perm band dont you think 3 months is enough for me to learn my lesion plus i wasn't even on for 2 days i didn't even know they added anyone to the team honesty
 
you act like i did a game braking thing first time 1 week second 3 months then perm or somthing like that you could watch me
