Why should you be unbanned?

Hello, My name is Phillip. I was banned for what I assume was teaming? I believe that there is a misunderstanding. We originally were a team of 5 at the start of wipe. Halfway through our friend who is named "2 good for u" was kicked out of our group. We replaced him with one of our friends named "Nut stain" around 4:00 PM CST. We also replaced later another member of our team named "Rukus" with "Cottonpuff kitty". However on our original base before we swapped, we did not clear TC. However we changed all our codes so that our old members couldn't return. I think that the admin checked TC and saw 7 people in the TC list and assumed that we were teaming. However we never had more that 5 people in a group at once or in the game. We replaced our members as we went along for our clan. I am sorry for being irresponsible with team members.
 
Some additional information- 3 of our 5 members are banned which means there was selective bans. If we were banned for teaming that doesn't explain why only 3 of our 5 members are banned.
 
group limit bans are only a week long if its the first time

you prob had too many people on tc or too many bags so just stick out the week

you being selectively banned was likely a bug which prevented some of you from being properly banned
 
So we are banned for that? For such a small thing? The rules were never actually broken....We are punished 2nd day of wipe for replacing members? We never actually had more than 5 people on at one time. The rules don't actually say anything about this. The rules only say that you cant have a team larger than 5. Which we didn't. Having a rule like that means that it can be bent for the purpose of just removing people from the wipe. Teams change. Just because there are more people on a tc does not mean we are a group larger than 5. Correlation is not causation.

Receiving a ban from the wipe for something like this. Please revise this rule of banning people for having more people on tc. Check groups please :( I spent so much time on this wipe already that it hurts to see all that I worked for go down the drain for something like this. This rule seriously needs to be revised.
 
I would really like to have a discussion about this rule to see if this can be revised. This rule appears to just be a mindless way for admins to ban people without understanding the full situation.
