Hey, was apart of the banned group...

I just want to pick apart the evidence here as there really isnt much. I will go through 1 by 1 and address there claims, as this report came from us raiding them last wipe and they are still salty about it.

Firstly, we are a group of 5, Tdoh, Skredy, Myself (Draek), Conre, and Skroybeans. Creamsworth is another friend who we sub out not often maybe once or twice a wipe but are never on at the same time. We were told by an admin this is okay as long as it is not frequent. We also have full time jobs or are in college rn, we just play the game cause were degenerates.

Secondly, there is a reason they don't have any screenshots of us on all at the same time because we are never on 5+ at a time and followed all the rules.

Thirdly Minecrafter42, is a smurf account of Conre's that doesn't even own the game RUST. If you did your research like the skilled man you knew we changed our names as we found it we were based next to you after getting raided in our main base and did not want a repeat. Most of us changed our names back if you check conres steam account you'll see the previous alias TTV Minecrafter42 which is maybe why you think that but is completely wrong and fabricated.

Fourthly, FatBastard has maybe played rust like 2 hours in the past year and possibly on this server but would've been months ago. So this is completely inaccurate and I guarantee you've never seen his name on the server before. Again, your stretching to try and get us banned.

Lastly, the reason most likely why were banned was for helping a noob in rust (imKappa). We were friendly but killed on site logs can prove that we killed him continually. Conre had code on his base briefly to help him put a garage door and figure out how a TC works and teach him how to build. This was the only interaction that may have been deemed against the rules but again, he was helping a noob and didn't think much of it and a simple warning would have sufficed instead of a wipe ban. Outside base we were KOs everyone including him.

Overall, a simple warning or talk to by the admins to explain what has actually happened wouldve worked fine. Other players with 6+ on at a time and 8 players on TC were banned which makes sense. However, this was not the case for us, we never had 5+ on the server ever. Just wanted to clear the air and say this.

The other part is conre was on a TC with Kappa and that is teaming/allying. That is not allowed that was the biggest part of the ban reason. Having access to his base is a no no as well even is for brief since I do not personally know what you guys have done together. Also having a note that said GG cunt does not help you get an unappeal. I would suggest you wait out the time. You will be unbanned next wipe on the 18th.

Ill answer 1 by 1.

Point 1: ??????? Mentioned that this is okay last wipe but said as long as its not frequent. Many other players had the same concern and were worried but we were told this almost exactly. If this is not the case we simply will not allow creamsworth or Bloodworth's to join the team. Furthermore, we have only kept 5 people on the TC at a time even if we swapped out the player.

Point 3: this was a comment addressed to the initial ban request.

Point 4: Conre having access to ImKappas TC was like I mentioned him helping out a noob player. He just built the base and is very new to the game. Conre was just teaching him how to build and research. We now know the consequences of this and I can promise will not happen again. This was a grey area as we never heard about this and the only rule we knew about was only 5 players to a team and that alliancing was not allowed after it was mentioned in chat by ???????.

We''ve played a lot on the server and really enjoy interacting. Weve easily put over 70+ hours a week into the server and want to continue playing. Were happy with the active admins and wish to continue to play!

If you're going to ban without warning please make sure you have it in the actual rules for the server as the only server rule regarding grouping is no more than 5 per TC which we followed.

Consider adding the rules, no teaming, no alliances, no being friendly, no helping out noobs, KOS. You're not allowed to swap out players. Also that note saying gg cunt has nothing to do with the appeal??? maybe not be bias in dealing with appeals and actually be professional about it.

So why was I punished for Conre being on someone elses TC our base had max 5 and based with us was max 5.. sounds like you still need to refine your rules

Last time i'm going to respond to this.

My only point is that I stand by, if you want to enforce rules strictly make sure your player base knows the rules. Like I said before it's simply a grey area and a warning would've sufficed. Im not ignorant I agree a punishment is due but just don't think in this case it was necessary especially when the admins don't even know what rules they're enforcing. ???? Claimed we could swap out players as long as it wasn't frequent.... sure we did this and then another admin is confused by it. All im saying is keeping the rules consistent between those who are enforcing them would greatly benefit the server. Or, if a rule is subjective and for a first offense, maybe just warn the players as its not stated directly. As well, the main reason we were banned was based on 0 evidence claim and only accusations where I proved false with actual evidence. Just keep the server fair and unbiased.

On that note, I actually enjoy your reading your feedback and just wanted to open the conversation about it. No need to get angered about it just stating it from a different perspective, you should try it.
