How do you tell if someone is aimbotting?:

When they are flagged by Anti Cheat systems. If they are not flagged by these but are being reported by people, it is reasonable to investigate them further by following them around ingame.​

While investigating a suspected cheater.​

When one has proof that they lost something because of a cheater that has since been banned. (Video proof etc.) Also, when​

Will you get mad if you lose admin for "no reason"?:

Not really, I just want to try out at being an admin to help clean up this server and help ease peoples mind when there are hackers.​

@Raine when you fill out an admin application, it's sort of like a job application. Lots of people apply, but we don't hire everyone and pick the best looking ones to trial out.
So when someone does the bare minimum on an app and doesn't put any kind of extra info, introduction and has their steam profile set to private, do you think they'd stand a chance compared to the competition?

Of course this is entirely my personal opinion.
