Rule question?

Hello,
Does quoting the friendly rule ie: Harming your team for an extended period of time. (friendlying/griefing)
violate the complaining rule ie: Complaining about the rules or enforcement of rules for more than 1 minute in-game.
Just wondering because I use the quote, Harming your team for an extended period of time. (friendlying/griefing) as a bind.

Quoting the rule is not a violation. Just the act of friendlying. A few people have the rule or some form of it as a bind as well to warn other players.

Thank you, I just wanted to make sure. Friendlies were trying to use that rule against me because when I kill a friendly I use that bind.
Its funny how doing that really does piss them off.
