Also, Bott, I do understand that this vote does not provide a full picture of which admins are really helpful, but mostly it shows which admin is more known/appreciated on forums.

I'm willing to sponsor additional contests for admins/contributors/bla-bla-bla and make it widely public (e.g. notifications through Steam and so on). Let me know what you think about it. I'd also appreciate if you could provide suggestions on how to organize it better.

I don't have time to make accurate guidelines right now. Rating an admin accurately will be difficult but they should be rated on multiple qualities like friendliness, kick/ban/mute quantity, quality, and behind the scenes contributions.

People shouldn't vote for me because if their votes are going to be ignored they will be essentially voting for the person below me which might not have been their next choice.
 
Honestly, most admins on this poll are worthy of it - just about anyone would come flying in if you requested it. I'm voting for Ruelel simply because he is normally the first one I go to with a problem and it's normally always resolved quickly. But, I've said it before and I'll say it again, Skial has some of the best admins in TF2. Save a certain Italian Soccer Player anyway.
 
or just negate all those votes not to mention 2 or 3 of those votes occured after bott withdrew

That's what I've tried to bring to the crowd when saying "but I'd appreciate if you could use some common logic while voting, eg:..."

I hope people vote for admin they think was most helpful for them.

Rationale: first attempt is always flawed. That was my first attempt to appreciate admins for their work. I'm open for suggestions/ideas about holding contests for Contributors (to show that we appreciate them helping Bottiger run Skial with their donations), Regulars (thank you for being a part of this great community), Members (just thank you for being) and so on.
