Skials voting system needs a rework, in no other server does a 12-2 vote fail but yet on skial votes like these constantly fail. You could have some dude blasting ear rape and 10 people vote yes and 1-2 vote no only for the vote to fail because "[SM] No option won the vote (60 required, 58 received)"
