New Revamp in-server grappling hook bc annoying

So, I like to have my duck journal equipped. Problem is, every time I respawn, I get a notification to replace it with a grappling hook. Please make it like how Vatican has it for their VIPs where it will somehow use another slot and it doesn't take the duck journal nor pops up notifications. I don't want notifications every time I respawn and I like my duck journal :c
