New Retry to get vsh_teul into rotation on the VSH server

Since I've noticed some recent changes to the map pool I thought I'd try again to get this amazing map added. This was created by PIGPIG who is a well known map maker. The map itself is a multi layered building with cliffs around the edges, all the glass is breakable, theres two large air platforms and a giant crane you can get to if you're skilled. It's a great map and I think it should seriously replace some of the other garbage like pencilravine or supermario (any map with custom non-turnoffable music is garbage). https://gamebanana.com/mods/74201
