Ban question is incorrect you'd need a target and you don't have a reason :)

Your connection time is only 9h whereas despite there being no minimum I believe Skial wants 3+Days

When applicant doesn't even bother linking his Steam profile to Skial profile it says that he doesn't really care.

-1 After a lot of people telling him that the ban command its wrong, he haven't fixed it.
That just shows how uninterested he is on being admin.
 
+/- 0 for now. I'd give him a chance, even though it might be slim. He could have put up this application up, then got hit by a car, so he had to go to a hospital. : O What if he got back and saw we denied his app!? It'd break his already crushed heart!

You have had 9 days to fix it, and now you're just getting around to it? I feel if you take THAT long to fix a simple command, how can you admin servers, deal with reports and or bans if you cant be around? And the unless my laptop is taken away does not sit well with me. And I feel your reason for being admin is very weak. I should not have to go read your older app to see why you want to be admin.
