Problem solved. Retarded Pings Send Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok this past week my ping in all steam games that I play they have become incredibly high and unstable, I have tried flushing my DNS cache, system restore, shutting off my anti virus/turning off firewall, disk cleanup and removing my latency cap on my wireless card Also I can not contact my internet service provider because I use free internet provided to where I live.

Do a traceroute to one of the servers and post the result.
Fix your rates.
Try a wired connection if wireless.
Yell at your ISP for no reason.

Strangely enough my local provider is making some odd directions and sending packages to fucking atlanta, while i try to play on a server on São Paulo(neighboor state) its 500 ping avg
