Restore sandvich self-healing-drop via plugin

Hey, did a pre-poll in the tf2 forum and figured it would be really awesome to restore the sandvich to its proper glory. There's a plugin here which will do it. It requires something called SDKHooks. Bottiger, could you please implement this plugin in Skial's TF2 servers?

The heavy can no longer drop the sandvich and walk over it to restore health. He can still walk over other heavies' sandviches, he can stop and nom on his own sandvich, he can still toss it to other players.

Bitches be mad that it's harder to solo as heavy is all.

despite the fact that there are achievements depending on the Heavy not being solo, made easier by this change.
