Approved Respawn In Wacky_Races_V2

I was recently playing the Tf2 Custom maps, ny, server and we were in the wracky races map, aka balloon race, but on ground. There seems to be no respawn and we haev to revisit to respawn......There is no respawn in that map......
If you don't play Custom Maps / aka, don't know about it,

In tf2 custom ny server, I was playing Wacky Races and when i died, no one could respawn...We all had to rejoin to respawn.......
