We've rewritten the reserved slot system from scratch, which will be a huge improvement for all our players.

- Servers will now have 6 extra hidden slots instead of 1 (except for 100 slot servers). This means users with reserved slots (admins/donators) will not result in anyone being kicked until the server has more than 5 extra users.
- Example: a 32 slot server can get up to 37 players before anyone is kicked. A 64 slot server can get go up to 69 players. Only users with reserved slots will be able to join after the server hits 32/32 or 64/64.
- Reserved slots now prioritize kicking spectating and AFK players (if they don't have reserved slots).
- We will attempt to redirect the kicked player to another server before kicking.
- These changes drastically reduce the probability of a player getting kicked now. In fact I've not seen anyone kicked for reserved slots on servers smaller than 100 slots since this was put in place yesterday.
- Our servers do not wait for Steam to verify your reserved slot status anymore.
- This means that players without reserved slots are instantly blocked when the server is full so you don't waste 2-3 minutes connecting to the server before finally being disconnected because the server was full but had to wait for Steam to check if you had reserved slots.
- For reserved slot users this means no more server full messages when someone is stuck in that 1 hidden slot
- This problem will also stop happening every Tuesday during Steam maintenance.
