Resolved Reporting Personne for vote-abusing

Hello!

I was playing on VSH EU, when I became Hale (actually CBS), I raged when Pyros instantly airblasted me everytime I wanted to hit them. I killed a player, named Personne, who started a voteslay against me, with the reason: I raged. Although raging is part of the game, that means the vote was not valid/legit.

if an admin mutes,gags or silences a player then they will be able to still play but they cant use one of the chat functions
in this case I gagged him so he cant use text chat and he cant do votemenu or !report
