He is constantly micspamming with usually singing and yelling/shouting/screaming as well as with song playing. Everytime we mute him via votemute, and when the mute is over, he starts to micspam again. He's doing that, all the time!

edit: also he has a high-pitched voice, and it's quite annoying when he's speaking
