Detailed Explanation
Hi,

Since the surprise TF2 update on Friday (yesterday), on Skial Vanilla LA 1 you can see your own spray, but not sprays of others. To confirm:

• My cl_spraydisable is 0.
• The "disable sprays" checkbox in Advanced Settings is unchecked.
• My cl_allowdownload is 1, and my cl_allowupload is 1.
• My decal settings are correct.
• I can see other's sprays on other servers just fine.
• Other users of Skial Vanilla LA 1 confirm that they can not see any sprays besides their own.

I've only has this problem on Skial since yesterday. Did the suprise TF2 update break some sourcemod plugins perhaps?

Oh, is this a recent change? They worked up until literally yesterday. There's even the who sprayed what plugin still installed...

Last being the one last week? As I stated in OP I have them re-enabled. It also works in other community servers, as I stated in OP.
