Summary [TF2] Cannot pick up other players' weapons

Detailed Explanation
I have noticed that I can no longer pick up other peoples' dropped weapons. It has the highlight to allow me to, but the key does nothing. Other players have noted this as well. I only play on 2fort and Turbine so I don't know if this affects other servers. If this is intended behavior please let me know.

You can't pick up the weapon if you are touching any objects. This is because of a bug where if you stand in a dispenser and pick up a weapon, you can duplicate the weapon infinitely and lag the server.
