Summary Ping spiking from usual ~30 to 100+ and back

Detailed Explanation
At round times my ping on your servers would jump up to over 100 when it is usually 30, this doesn't happen on other servers and I am sure it is a skial only issue. I have tried doing tracert and WinMTR to diagnose the problem but they both return an "unable to resolve hostname" error.

any idea on how to fix the cannot resolve hostname type error? that's what i'm getting every time i try it
