Joined Casual LA 1 and have a Ping of 34 and I have the low settings on Master Comfig. I usually get 100 to 200 FPS in a game but this had me drop straight from 200 fps to 10 to 16 FPS in the middle of a fight. I do not know if this server was getting ddosed by the other team because the fighting was constant but was common for it to happen as I was shooting the other team or if even the servers in LA are broken trash like the city itself, but I can confirm by my settings and Ping that its not on my end. I have WINMTR downloaded and had WInRAR before that I mistook WInMTR for but I am not sure it will help in an extreme case like this nor am sure if it works straight from being downloaded or if it needs to be in a TF2 folder.
