Hi,

I’m a long-time contributor, and my status is currently active. My last payment was made on 4/28.

Recently, I’ve run into two issues:

1. I’m unable to connect to the Skial server when it’s full. I’m using the console “connect” command (for example: connect 91.216.250.12:27015), but it doesn’t allow me in.

2. I can no longer use the /swap command. Even after waiting over 120 seconds, I receive the message: “You do not have access to this command.”

I’ve been a contributor for many years and haven’t experienced this before, so I wanted to check if something has changed or if there’s an issue with my account.

Could you please look into this or let me know how to resolve it? Thanks for your help.

I just wish to warn i have exactly the same issue this day.
Played on the US1, 3 hours ago, and same. Also, swap command isnt recognized for me.
