Detailed Explanation
here are the bots sitting there. They just sit in spawn and I was confused while I was playing because I saw bots on the leader board but no bots around then I spawned and I saw them. also I tried uploading the image but it wouldn't let me that's why its only a link
 
I confirmed this happened but I have no idea why this happens randomly. You can vote to restart the round and it will fix it, but it would be nice to know why they stop working. If you have any tips or theories, let us know.
