Declined Replays on most servers

It would be nice to have the replay function on the servers that aren't 32-players. For instance, I play on KOTH1 a lot and it would be nice when I get those awesome moments of awesomeness as scout or spy to hit my replay key and get the replay of it.

I do teh YouTubez and replay is very hand for many things and I would appreciate it (And i'm sure many other people too) if replays made its way on to the 24-player servers.
