There are 16 common spells and 3 rare spells with common spells having a respawn rate of 30 seconds and rare spells having a respawn rate of 60 seconds. The entrance doors are now openable by default and there are extra health kits and ammo packs outside. If there are any problems then I will be happy to edit it again.
