Most of the trade threads that get bumped are usually made before the prefix's. But in the future, yes, as long as they get marked closed its fine.

I was mostly talking about regular threads, but this can apply to trade threads too.
If someone replies to something so one has posted on in ~3 weeks, I'd say that qualifies as a necro, be it a normal thread or a trade thread.
