Approved Removing the dark command for vsh

The dark command is a command which allows a person to basically become completely black and extremely hard to see. While it’s a completely cosmetic change just changing the shade of your player model makes it unfair to fight against and can lead to other people confusing dark players with the hale. This is mainly just from my view but I’ve been losing track of hales more and shooting teammates more.

+1. Can be exploited by hales/reds on dark maps like Nebula and Turret. Even if its a minor advantage it still adds a minor P2W advantage.

It’s hard to see the hale and you never know where he is when fighting hales

it should be a command to have only for RED and not for Hale
