Remove vsh maps: vsh_project_powerup_a29, vsh_pruvia_v8_fix

We rarely play these maps but when we do, we rtv them!:smirkcat: i think you could replace them with some maps that you removed or a new map who knows! :sunglasses:

Could use your input on this since you are the one with the data after all.
Is vsh_project_powerup_a20 unpopular?
If it's causing servers to empty out rapidly or being rtv'd successfully way too often, I'm perfectly fine with it being left out of the map rotation.

I'm currently in the middle of remaking this map from scratch, I'm not satisfied with this map in it's current state and I'm working on it.
It's gonna take some time because I got less and less time for mapping due to studies/work, so no deadline on it as of now.
