Force RTV needs to have a cooldown at the start of the round. If players can't RTV for 10 minutes, Force RTV should be the same.
Easy for 5-6 folks to spawn fast to make the vote happen to change out of the map after the start. Where you get these wacky 30% majority votes when more than half of the room hasn't spawned yet.

But I'm kinda on both sides for this, since yeah we'd lose the ability to get out of overplayed slop maps, but on the positive we wouldn't get force RTV'd off good maps, though that's usually a rarity thus the -1

Honestly he has a point. RTV should be decided by a community vote if the server doesn't like the map and want to switch. This feature can also be abused since 1 troll could buy the Force RTV Option for a well played map just to get their gang or begging randoms to vote a map the community doesn't like.

I really don’t understand this mindset. People seriously want a highly abusable vote option just because they can abuse and not because there’s a defensible reason for its existence? It’s things like this that really make me wonder how DR and ZE ever were popular beyond certain groups… it seems a good majority of players on this forum would rather promote trolling and griefing for these 2 modes over even trying to attract anyone to play.
