Do you really think he'd want to come back after one year?
And most likely nobody is going to forgive him for this so what's the point?
Don't most American's believe in the words HOLY BIBLE? I am not sure but doesn't it say always forgive your enemy :troll:

Most Americans don't believe in the Bible, I don't really have a graph, but it's pretty diverse.
And yes, it says when someone slaps you, turn the other cheek. It also says the wicked must be punished.
So... I dunno.

Most American do believe in the Bible. You might not but most do.
The United States are the most religious western country and most Christian fanatics live in the United States too (have a look at Intelligent Design and guess where it originated)
Also some of your states form the Bible Belt lol. In what other western, secular country do you find something like that.

... As a potentially relevant question, was Direwulf drunk at the time? This may or may not be important to some people, but I know from time to time when some of our members get drunk (including you, Cinic) they do stupid things or say outrageous stuff, and oftentimes push people from the servers for a little while. This has also happened a few times with Direwulf.
If not, permaban him.
If he was or could have been, call a vote.
Edit: Del's right. around 83% of the US claims to be some sort of christian or the other.
However, that does not mean that they are all the type that takes every word of the bible seriously.

Alrighty, I got this pie chart here:

And, fanatics? What does that entail? Intelligent design originated in the US? What are you smoking? Intelligent design started in Italy and spread.
Also, the Bible belt? That is a section of the country where the large percentage is Christian (or some variation).
Where would you find that???
FUCKING ITALY?

1) Your chart just proved that the majority of Americans (it's not the absolute majority) believe in the Bible.

2)
Intelligent design was developed by a group of American creationists
That's a quote from the Wikipedia Article I gave you.

3)The Biblet Belt are those States were the majority of the Christian believers tend to turn into fanatics.

4) Have a look at what some of these religious fanatics (also known as supporters of Intelligent Design and Creationism) do to kids in the U.S.

Next time get your information right before talking nonsense

Relevant comment: While most Americans U.S citizens believe in the Bible, 80% (if not more) of the people in the U.S who did actually read the Bible entirely are atheists.

Are you trying to say that most U.S. citizens (I referred them as Americans earlier) are atheists? I would like some proof for that because that's wrong.
The most recent ARIS report, released March 9, 2009, found in 2008, 34.2 million Americans (15.0%) claim no religion, of which 1.6% explicitly describes itself as atheist (0.7%) or agnostic (0.9%), nearly double the previous 2001 ARIS survey figure of 0.9%.[28] The highest occurrence of "nones", according to the 2008 ARIS report, reside in Vermont, with 34% surveyed.[29]
The latest statistics show that a lack of religious identity increased in every US state between 1990 and 2008.[30] However less than 2% of the U.S. population describes itself as atheist.[31]

No. Lrn2read.
I said that most of the people in the U.S who have actually read the entire Bible are atheists.

Depends on which part of the Bible you're reading. It ranges from "Don't commint an act of violence, even in self defence." too "Rape the virgin daughters of your fallen enemys simply for being the spawn of someone who opposed you."
Such contradictions are the cause for my disbelief in it. Well, that and all the sexism, homophobia, racism, and murder...

I'd be more than willing to forgive Dire for what he did, I must find it within myself to forgive everyone. But not everyone is like that, it's up to Dire to show you guys that he is deserving of redemption, and he should probably start with Anya.

-the stuff you said-
First and foremost, I am a Christian, fairly private one. I follow that whole "religion is like a penis" analogy.

1) It's hardly a huge majority, and that's from 2005, there are a lot more Islamists in America now.
2) The original concept was made by Italian priest Thomas Aquinas, a bunch of creationists further developed it and named it.
3) The Bible belt is an area in America where the level of Christians is fairly higher than the rest of the nation.
4) I can't defend this, let your kids make their own fucking decisions, and don't do this to them at this age. However, all supporters of creationism are not fanatics, that's a bit of a stereotype.

I'm sorry I insulted you, let's keep this friendly.

Well then not much more the 2% of all Americans read the Bible entirely if the majority of all readers who red the Bible entirely are Atheists (which are 2%).

Anyways, we get it, U.S citizens don't think for themselves, they just believe whatever they are told as children, blahblah, let's get over it and keep to the thread.

1) Even if it's a tiny majority it still is a majority.
2) Thomas Aquinas definitely did not develop intelligent design. I already provided you a source and if you do some google research you will see that you are wrong. Otherwise provide some proof.
Not even on Wikipedia I found something about him developing intelligent design.
3) You are right but the number of religious fanatics there is still higher than in other regions as for example the New England region.
4) I don't feel insulted by you. It's not my country brainwashing kids.

Del Piero... Let me tell you something...

Most US citizens are uneducated fuckwits that spout off about shit that they have no clue about. Most Christians have no idea what's actually in the Bible. Most of the shit that they spout off about in Catholic churches isn't in the Bible. Most of the people in this country that identify as right-wing conservative Christians are also warmongerers that talk about hate constantly, which is as far from being a Christian as you can be.

Like Toxik said, most of the people that have actually read the Bible cover-to-cover are actually atheists... And the funny thing is that most of the atheists I know tend to act very Christian-like without having to hang on the word of Jesus.

That said... I am a Christian myself. I tend to refer to myself as a "recovering Catholic".

1) Yeah, pretty much that.
2) I never said he developed it, I said he came up with the idea.
3) I agree.

Why did I respond to this?
