Declined Reintroduce the Meh, Old and Troll emotes.

The emotes we have now are okay, it is nice to be able to dumb again, but we are missing certain emotes that cannot be expressed in the new emotes currently.

Meh: When a post is okay but not really warranting of a dumb emote. (Neutral reaction score)

Old: Because people keep necroing old posts. (Negative reaction score)

Troll: Because we are always going to have those on this website (Negative reaction score)

I'm going to decline this. We don't need 10 different reactions. I don't think they will even fit. The dumb reaction covers most of the negative ones even if not perfectly, and you can just use like instead of informative.
