Declined Reduce Vagineer Haste duration (Nerf)

Could the Vagineer's haste be reduced by maybe 2 seconds? It really feels like it goes on for way too long considering how powerful it is and how often he can potentially build rage. (8 seconds as of now if im not mistaken)

He's been objectively the worst boss to deal with since his inception and no bug fixes or nerfs ever make him less obnoxious to deal with

just make him a reskin of saxton, so that people can still play him without other people "shaming" them for picking the "easy mode" boss. people wouldn't be complaining about vag if he didn't have something that made him unfun to fight against.
