The reason for this is that regenerating about 100 HP per second can be difficult for a guard to kill, making the medic house an easy spot for prisoners to camp and waste time, even if there are multiple guards trying to kill the prisoner.

Most of you already know about this, but for those who don't, you can join the JB server and check it for yourself.

I don't feel comfortable using a hex edited map. How do you know you edited the right thing?
the entity-properties weren't encrypted at all. I even tested the map myself afterwards and ran into no problems. there'll never be any problems if the length of the entity data is unchanged (because of this tidbit, I had to use a leading zero in the healing property, as the original number was 3 digits, and I changed it to a 2 digit number)
