Dr_minigames was removed today when scprun and eugenics were added, at the same time raiders and minigames were cut to make space on the roster. While raiders might have been an arguably okay cut as far as trim to remove from dr goes I would argue dr_minigames has been rising in popularity in recent times and wasn't as deserving to be cut as some of the maps currently in rotation. What I am suggesting is to remove a different map with that has less recent playtime, while I am aware minigames can be quite polarizing from a lot of dr players perspectives it was still nice variety to have in dr even if it is at the cost of polarizing a few players that might now enjoy how different it is. But I still think it's a worthwhile addition to have in deathrun.

One of if not the only truly unique deathrun maps
It's nice having maps that change it up instead of 90% of maps being mostly straight lines with random parts of the ground that kill you

I know it's not your personal favorite map but surely even you can see how it was good to break up the monotony of the same corridors for hours at a time.
Sometimes, but I could live without it. 10 minutes into the map, I get bored and either leave or AFK. To me, it’s just repetitive. All the players do is literally play minigames for 30 minutes straight. That’s not fun to me. It gets annoying really fast. (See: 120% on Playstation where all the Hales are skipping to the end. That is the equivalent, though Minigames is worse because that’s all the map is—minigames. Unlike PS, where you can at least... I don't know, just go through the map [not 50 million minigames] before playing one minigame at the end.)

And I don’t like how useless Hale’s traps are, or just Hale in general, considering the map just fucking plays itself if Hale is AFK. It doesn’t feel like deathrun to me, so I mostly don’t like it.

And thats a fine opinion to have as even i'm aware its quite polarizing. But that shouldn't stop others from playing it as well.

Don't get me wrong, I value Dr_Minigames as really impressive technical feat, but i think you should make a suggestion post to add Skial Warioware server instead

Surprising that this map was pulled from the selection when other low performers (simpsons, bazinga, traffic jam) passed the vibe check. Is there a reasoning for support? Or is all the data not conclusive from October alone?

This map served as an inspiration for me to start creating a map of a different variation to bring more to the table for DR. Not really sure if removing this map in particular was the correct executive decision. I don't think maps should all be focused on the same objective at hand (start, avoid traps, end win) and should implement more diversity in the play pool. Bigger fish to fry.

-1 Personally, I never liked that map; I feel it's more TF2Ware than dr, and I feel Hale has little involvement.
