The guy keeps giving sandwiches to the enemies, and doesn't help the guards at all. Also, the entire server is on his side, so I can't really voteban or anything.​

Well the warden is allowed to kill him if he doesn't follow orders. I don't really classify this as an issue if they're letting him get away with it.

The only reason being is that I'd rather punish freekillers than friendlies, because for the most part the guards are not supposed to directly kill anyone.

He's the guard. He doesn't do his job. Healing the enemies when I'm trying to kill them should count as griefing.

In any case, I can see where you are coming from Grima. I'm just a bit hesitant because the game mode, if played correctly, shouldn't really be about killing people with your own two hands.

I'm open to debate on this though.

Gaurds gave him freeday sometimes and I don't see whats wrong with that. You do not NEED to kill anyone in jailbreak. He followed orders, he was ordered to have freedays, he took them. When he was ordered to do the games he did them. And as a gaurd he gave freedays. Nothing wrong with either of those.
