The current issue is how the evidence was presented to the grand jury. The 3 main points I've heard today being: 1) The prosecutor had close ties with the Ferguson police and it is odd someone with ties would be prosecuting this case, 2) Some witnesses who admitted before hand they didn't actually WITNESS the shooting and were just repeating what they heard/saw partial bits of the jury were presented and then dissected and C) [The big one in my eyes, which I personally thought was off] was the description by Officer Wilson himself during testimony that "I felt that another one of those punches in my face could knock me out or worse," when this is the picture from him just after the incident:
. For someone who was just punched repeatedly and was worried of being knocked out, he doesn't have much for bruising, bleeding, etc.
But even WITHOUT that this was gonna be a massive shitstorm. This only quadrupled it.
