Also, out of any other person on Skial, I thought you would be the last person to be a Norris fanboy
Well, when I was watching "Golden Age of Kung-fu" series and Bruce Lee's movies, you probably were not even born yet (or was an infant) - that's why you don't know why Chuck Norris is being so loved by people of my generation :D
It's not that I love him per se, I just respect him since he is a memory of my childhood (and he was the one who gave Bruce Lee a hard time in "Way of the Dragon") and I find all these jokes about him funny since I know where they're coming from.

Bought this TV before going on vacation to Mexico.. It has just arrived today. 70" 3D 240Hz monster... Sharp LC-70LE757. Picture is freaking awesome. Gonna be replaced though - TV has significant backlight bleeding:

So stupid. We had a chance to make it good, and we made it a core elective.
Please, teach programming to Kindergartners and up, from non-programmers.
Oh, we'll have 1 million+ jobs in the workforce by 2020? Thank you for diluting the workforce with VB \ HTML 'programmers'.

I think this fad of 'everybody can program' is ridiculous, and Chicago just sees it as a cash cow.
Seriously, just put an emphasis on it as a core elective and have someone who actually knows what they are doing teach it.

edit: and hiring rates are already bad. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Public_Schools#Performance

I thought the story was going to be about them trying to shut down Dogecoin.

This is so much worse.
Someone gave me 25 Dogecoins on Reddit for posting a picture of the pot I just got
I was happy until I realized that's like, 1 cent.
