It was a small scale test. If it works large scale as it does small scale, space travel as we know it is here. I mean fuck it said we could get to proxima centauri in 30 years
They forgot to mention that the tests they did were NOT in a vacuum.

I've had this happen to me so often after playing for an extremely long time that I figured it was normal.
kinda happened to me a few times with a specific sound effect from System Shock 2 (the "speech data" for any chemical manifest audiolog. for those who never played it, there's no speech, just three tones, the manifest is purely in the speech "transcript" displayed on your character's PDA)
wasn't so much videogame-related as much as it was me hallucinating that I got a text message (I use that partiucular SFX as my texttone)
I sometimes hear the beep of a C4 like in CS:GO, but this has happened with other games. Pretty weird and interesting at the same time.
