I think the section we have for it now, is for those doing buy in raffles, which as you know are part of the trading/services side of things..
Most other raffles (free to enter) are posted by members in the general of tf2 section anyway, which is fair enough as its not trade and just people being community spirited.
And to be honest, the amount of raffles that come up, doesnt even warrant its own section, and I would rather see a free raffle as I browse general or tf2 than go searching a whole other section for it.
