Upon joining the server, he was playing music from his soundboard over VC . Based on further investigations, he has been doing the same since June 22 on our other skial servers

As I was following up on my report re: radio man, It looked like my demo link was broken but I have fixed the filename and it should work now. My apologies to our skial admins.
