If it's multiple people you can file a report in the report section. However in this case the screenshot says it all and an admin could look up his chat log. If words are being expressed over mic it's better to use a video demo to capture sound. Demos can be made by typing record <filename> to start recording. And stop to stop recording.

A lot of people throw around the word "fag/faggot" without realizing how loaded it is. (There are plenty of other words like this.) People seem to forget how powerful words are. It's commonly used as a slur when bullying people from the LGBT+ community.
