Thanks a bunch for the quick action, I saw the ban on SourceBan but somehow he/she is still playing on the server.

when you ban a player, while not on the server yourself,
the ban is added but the player will not get kicked from server.
and he won't notice anything until he goes offline and online again, or when he tries to switch server

so it's better to join the server and ban from there.
then it is ban+kick in one ban-command

Thanks for the diligence. I didn't know that was how it worked, Zombie I was just fearing that he dodged the ban somehow.

I reported that he was in Texas Payload, but its all good... problem solved :)
