Quickplay servers

Hi,
I am considering buying skial premium for tf2, but I can't help noticing that some of the features aren't enabled on quickplay servers due to valve banning them. How can I tell if a server is quickplay or not?

All servers on the first row are quickplay. That usually means all "normal" gamemode servers like ctf. koth, cp or payload.
tfcustom has the features partially enabled. Those are servers like Hale or Jailbreak.
Idle and Trade servers have all the features enabled.
