Spectacularly Lethal Soldier
Today I befriended a medic using the Quick-Fix. So he decided to pocket me, a pyro. Well, long story short we literally killed the enemy team so much we were able to push them all the way back to spawn, I got a triple reflect kill from a liberty launcher, and we both got top of team.
These were probably the best ubers I've ever gotten, and because of the Quick-Fix's fast charge, we were able to do this many MANY times.

Everyone is going to tell you the same exact thing, all mediguns are situationally good.
 
But everyone has their preferences.

Not really, a good player knows all three are good in different situations Even the quick-fix has situational usefulness above the other two...medic has arguably the best unlocks because they are all in the right situation, upgrades.

Hmm... I did not know this, I thought it was all a matter of preference. Perhaps I'll spend some time with the other media-guns and figure out how, and when to use them.
 
A buddy of mine pockets me all the time. I have had my best rounds with a quick fix. I like that you can cap under its uber and for a guy that does payload that's huge. I also like that it helps me walk into sentries and not get blasted back. Allot of medics don't understand that they need to make the sentry guns follow them when not wrangled.
 
Also really depends on the class if you want a generalization. if I'm a demoman, I can do a lot more shit with a kritz, if I'm a pyro I can do a lot more with an uber. I like getting quickfixed when I'm soldier so the medic is always on me and I don't have to not rocket jump.
 
The addition of quick-fix jumps with a pocketed Soldier or Demoman is like the most goddamn fun thing... (Sticky Jumper being healed by Quick Fix is hilariously awesome.)

Kritz charges just as fast as the Quick-fix.

Medi-gun on Payload defense on a Pyro to airblast people out of range.
Same when holding a point waiting the other team to push in to charge later on a heavy/demo and push out instantly when you have some numbers advantage.
Same on a heavy or a demo trying to attack a level 3 (basically a distraction though having a soldier direct hit spam it while the pyro is busy dealing with the uber).
... and many more

Kritzkrieg on a demo attacking a cp.
Same on a heavy defending a cp.
Same on a demo/soldier for rollout/midfight when you play a cp or koth map and the other team is running an uber (a spy with a mic comes handy).
Same on a demo/soldier holding a point not waiting the opponents to push in but try to get an a pick on a medic before they're full.
Same on a badwater defense if you feel adventurous (apart from the second point), not so much on other payload maps though, except for swiftwater 3rd maybe (?).

Actually when you hit the max overheal the KritzKrieg slows down a bit, same for the medigun. Since the Quick Fix can't overheal, it charges as fast as it says it does.

The slowdown also applies when 2 medics are healing the same target or when you're near a dispenser, it goes for all 3 mediguns.
 
weathered medic here! quickfix is op on defense, however, will not suffice as the only medigun. on offense is sucks! if i am medic, and i see another medic is there, on defense i will switch to the quick fix. however, i only use it to heal a mass of people on low health, which i then have to explain to people that if i uber you to not charge! i normally never use the kritz, mainly because people are not that good with them, and it make me feel like i wasted my uber for only 2 kills!
 
i like using quick fix in arena since staying alive is a HUGE deal in that game mode

Both will get a full charge at the same speed, what you gotta remember is that quick fix heals targets that bit faster, so max charge rate is not applied for as long as the kritz, it kinda balances itself out.
