Need Help Put back Halloween costumes?

The Items based around halloween (ie Fly engie, Dragon pyro, etc...) were removed after the meet the pyro update... (i more just want to know why?) But it would be cool if they where put back in :I
Cause i miss my fly engie costume... :((and i really want to see if it sounds different in pyrovision XD)
