Hi, my steam user is sillyschizo_8337. I am connecting from a college campus to play on one of your servers, and I was given this message when trying to connect. The IP is 64.140.204.84. This is an IP used for a college, not a Proxy IP so why is it banned?

If you are using public college wifi its likely blocked as public wifi are havens for cheaters.
 
Your ISP seems to have changed in the past days, you're still not able to connect?
 
Yeah I'm attending a boarding school, and I moved to the college campus. When I was at home, I could connect, but now at the college wifi I can't
