What sucks about Ycopy is that it doesn't copy the files that are currently being used. It just skips them.
I'd recommend using robocopy which is available as a part of Windows Resource Kit in Win7. Simple robust command that copies everything. In addition, it could be set up as a task through a batch file.

Was going to recommend robocopy as well, wasn't sure if it would be too complicated/much trouble for op.

Once OP reached out to me via PM asking how to open the command prompt I concluded it would be better to stick with Windows Backup & Recovery. (lol)
