I remembered that he had freekilled before, so I swapped to spectate and started recording a demo. Turns out I was right. The Warden told everyone to go to Wipeout, so Procione killed everyone that wasn't immediately at Wipeout or through the arch leading to it from the cells. That's how jailbreak works but from the sounds of it he immediately killed everyone not at wipeout.

Giving orders and giving the players virtually no time to follow them is usually against the rules or at least frowned upon in most jailbreak servers.
