Problems with Group Messages...

While playing SWTOR if Skial sends out a message it minimizes the window and brings up the message instead... which as you can guess can be a problem... Is there any way to fix this? Is there a "receive group messages" box I can unchecked? Or would adding SWTOR to my steam library help at all? Otherwise, I may have to leave the Skial group for the time being, which I would prefer not to have to do...
Any sugestions/ fixes/ ideas/ non-trolling comments?
